Yes, it is (sadly, i guess). It has voices a la JP PSU Episode 2. For example, Vivienne's voice is Tails' voice too in early Sonic Games.

yeah, that's very sad, in my opinion they are being so lazy, first they dont develop any kind of DLC for US version, now only english in european release lol...are they kidding me?... they are lucky cause this games comes from PSU and there are many fans of it around...but with all of these issues they are aiming to a tremendous FAIL in sales.

I have it, my wife has a psp and a copy, and one of my old PSO buddies got it on psp. We all ad-hoc together whenever he visits. It's a great game looks and plays better than the ps2 version.
