Drops are random, there is no know rate.

Super holy luck is Photon fortune lv2, the one with many little stars next to a name.

If your asking this because that's one of the promised rewards for our StD achievements then it's actually 3* Megaholy luck that we'll be getting. I'm not sure why on their own website postings they call it Super Holy, because at least inside the game the Photon Fortune girl in Shitenkaku refers to it as Mega Holy.

In my experience, i´ve personally run through Duel in the Ruins for one day pretty much all day a while ago. And not a single one dropped so i would try invest my fun somewhere else and hopefully earn the cash to just buy/trade for them instead.
