Leveling Up crisis:AM OR FM

Ok, as Im leveling up my fightmaster, I gain 30+ HP and 20+ ATP everylevel, But as a AM, i gain 20+ hp, 10+ ATP, so i was thinking i should level myself as a FM, and use AM when its needed.

Am I wrong?

Your stats don't change forever by leveling as a certain class. Every class has modifiers, which change as they level. If you made two characters, and leveled them both to 100, one FM, one AM, same race, same class level, they would have the same stats as the other class.

Yea, I ran into this as well and thought it might affect my character's status, but it doesn't matter what job you play with.

Your base stats only change when you level up. The class you play as only adds temporary modifiers to your base stats while you play that class. It doesn't change your base stats.

For example, leveling up as FM thinking you'll be able to switch to GM or MF with insane ATP at the end doesn't work.
