I made an 88 dollar ISP bill with an ISP I wasn't s'posed to be using. So now I can't go on, because I normally have AOL. Any free or cheap ISPs out there that work good? Thanks.

prodigy works pretty well, you can get unlimited minutes/service for 20.00 a month

Um ATT Worldnet was the best rated dialup ISP. And you can get unlimited minutes for $20. I used to use them b4 I got DSL and they were awesome.

If you can check your phonebook, you might be able to find a local ISP that is extremely cheap and fast. My ISP is VERY fast and I can d/l files at damn near 11kb/s on a 56k.. and it only costs about 100$ a year (dont get billed montly)

That's pretty funny since consistant 11kb/s on a dialup is a physical impossibility with a 56k modem over regular phonelines. Even using your full ability with a 56k modem is impossible. (The most possible is about 50k.) You probably saw just the reported amount spike on IE, however the actual amount can never spike that high.

Even still, looking for local mom & pop ISPs is a great idea since many of them have been offering dirt cheap monthly access with much better customer support in an effort to stay alive.
