Psx emulator question

i gots ePSXe and im trying to run digimon world 1 and its running fine but its running really fast like everything is speeded up xD and i know speeded isnt a word shut up D< but i would like some help on what to do D:

Hate to rain on your parade, but it's best that you google this to avoid violating the forum rule. I suggest ePSXe's forum. I'm sure they have some kind of guide there to help ya.
