first video. that is a real ghost shot, however that doesn't mean it is mj. thats a very old house from the looks of it and it could have multiple spirits in it. >.>
don't stare at me. my mother's family have lived in many haunted houses over the years, includeing my grandmother's previous house.

now the second one, that could easily be a slight image burn or!!!!! or it could be something the tv station added themselves.

In the first video you can tell it's a shadow of someone walking in the house, watch the wall in the room the "ghost" appears in and you can see it being projected off the wall.
