Heh. Kenshin at 4:30 Eastern. That's something I'd like to see. It'll probably be more dissappointing than Samurai X was, but what the hey? Cartoon Network has got to pull it's chestnuts out of the fire since the incident with InuYasha-Reign.

Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuiokuhen or Samurai X as it's called in the US is before the TV series. Both are good, although I like Tsui because it's just a bit more serious and emotional.

*sighs* Now your talking! I just love my anime, and Rurouni Kenshin is on my top list. How many series besides Inu-Yasha were a guy can wear opink and still be macho! Kenshin is a great series to start out with. I've seen all 95 episodes, OVA's, and movie. I prefer the series in japanese, so over english. No offense, but Kenshin just sounds more whimpy to me in english. The gal who does his voice in japanese is to die for. Aspecially when he goes Hitokori on the bad guys. *swoons* I just love a man who can change his eyes from violet to amber in an instent.

Enjoy the series de gozru yo!

I haven't seen the OVA. Only the TV series. I'm pretty much split between the dubbed and subtitled versions. I like the voices for both versions...Kenshin sometimes sounds a bit too feminine in the Japanese version, and yet sometimes his voice fits perfectly...Go figure... "Oro" also happens to be one of my favorite lines in anime...

I like Kenshin, but I'm sort of sad that it's going to be on CN. It's nice that more people will have a chance to see it, but I'm sort of scared that it'll get a bunch of scary little fanboys, or something. x_x; *shrug*

Samauri X was really cool, but Kenshin was way less serious. I guess it was okay, but I really did like the OVA (Samauri X) better.

It sort of sucks that they are showing it on CN because they will have all the good parts edited out. AND its going to suck in english its much better in Japanese

I'm looking forward to it being played on Toonami, but I think if you've seen the series unedited the edits Toonami will do will make you want to be sick.

Yeah, Kenshin's my favorite series. I DO admit that it goes downhill after the Shishio story arc, but it's cool. And tey don't actually complete the story in the series, you'd have to read the mangas for that, which i have. The OVA is great too...what I'm afraid of is Toonami showing it...not so much the dub, but the mass editing that will no doubt ensue. I might check it out if they decide to make it apart of Adult Swim and NOT Toonami.

I seriously hate CN... They get Inuyasha back on Adult Swim but they put Yu Yu Hakusho on Suckami so it will get edited even more. I'm happy that Inuyasha is back, but losing it for 3 weeks was OK since they put on Reign, which outside the homoerotic costumes (I mean seriously, Alexander wears a half shirt and a jock-strap pretty much), is actually a rather interesting show if you can follow witht the story, which is sort of a task.
