Question on raising a mag

Well although I have played PSO since version 1, I kind of have a noobish question. I am currently working on a mag feeding it nothing but Star Atomizers. Right now I am about level 74 with it (It evolves like crazy!). All the stats are fairly equal so far with about a variance of 1 or 2 with defense being the high stat. If I continue to feed it Star Atomizers, will it create something special by level 200.

Also, if this isn't the method on building a Churel, how do you build a Churel mag?

you wont get a special mag for feeding it star atoms to lvl 200 just a mag on the charts for your type.

and churel you get from using a mag cell
