These weapons are not available except on the JP servers at the moment. Also, you can only get one per account, and they can't be traded.

As for stats, those are probably up somewhere. As I recall, its... sword, rifle, and bow?

As Randomness mentioned, the weapons are currently only available on the Japanese servers. You may only have one per account. The three Edel Weapons are:
