I can't get one normally because im a redria, but what could I trade for one?

Find a Bluefull and I'm sure they would give one up for a PD or two. Those things drop everywhere.

Don't be caught by its description, though. It doesn't actually get stronger with every hit. It's really just a cool looking, somewhat lackluster partisan. Unless they changed the special on the server (which they probably haven't, and this is of course assuming you're playing Blue Burst), that rarely freezes things as well, even with 35 hit.

Crappy partisian, waste of a pd. But if you really want it, just find a bluefull and ask if they have one they could give you or you could buy.

A redria? Go to Control Center and find yourself a soul banish. If not, a Red Partisan is also better than Gae Bolg.
