Ideal Cast/casearl equipment problem

Sorry no offence but I have a huge hrs on andriod chars and my friend has more time on a racasearl/racast than most ppl have combined.

The problem is that the ideal Cast/CAsearl would be at least 3 PB/creates and not God Powers because of the huge different a mag with M&Y makes offline u wanna be shifta/deband constantly (increase of 1.5 total atp or +50 is no contest)

Ah, I was wondering where those came from. I have issue with a lot of those choices too. Also, with the weapon recommendations there; are they all supposed to equally good, or are they each supposed to be the best in certain situations?
