Can/Do S-Rank Weapons have specials??

Can/Do S-Ranks have specials??

As of right now, when you get them, they have no special. Noone knows for sure if you can upgrade them yet though. Also, some of them grind to insane heights. Like TWIN can grind to +250.

Uhm, there is offline C mode and offline S Ranks available. They have stuff like Samba Maracas, Chameleon Scythe, and Crazy Tune available that way. other weapons too.
