noob question, if you missed a technic, say you beat chapter 1 and you didnt pick up resta, can you get it now?

I think you can buy it in later Eps.

It would be impossible to miss out on resta as you get that as a reward from completing chapter 1.
In your room you go to rewards and choose the corresponding one and you'll get resta.
The only way for you NOT to have resta (in this game) is if you accidentally sold it, then you are screwed.
Unlike the other pso/psu games, you can't buy the TECHNIC resta in the shop.
