Non-Holiday Mag Cells..?

Okay.. apart from the Heart of Angel and Heart of Devil mag cells which are obtainable only through Saint Rappys... what about the other Mag Cells of the game? Like.. to get Soniti, or Chao, etc.
I missed out on all the cool stuff because I only got online with my PSO last month. Poot. I'm still mostly clueless about Mag Cells.. so any light on the subject would be much appreciated. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

So far the only way to get mag cells is through online Holiday Events.
