Xboxs, Nintendo game consoles, or the playstations which one do u like (based on games meaning dvd/bluray/ect dont count and dont say u like wii cuz it plays gc and wii games or has internet i just mean games.)

personally im for nintendo, but the Wii is pretty suckish (but its still a crap load better then xbox/360) and the playstation1/2 follow pretty close behind N64/gamecube (aka nintendo)

I don't know whats more annoying now, you console fruitcakes, or the PC vs Mac people.

I've been tired of such fruitless arguments for years now, I don't even bother. No matter how half-intelligent you try to sound, most of the argument comes down to someone's poor force-fed opinions starting a fight of insults.

In the end, you make yourself just look like nothing more than a crazy sports fan who wears beer helmets and falls out of his seat and tumbles a few rows down.

I think Spike's video is a good example of that.

The only console. (http://rosemarymaccabe.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/golden_tamagotchi_rgb.jpg)

It sounds to me that the OP may be asking which console had the greatest number of games that I consider 'favorites'. If that's the case, my answer is SNES.

If not, disregard this post.

I'd have to say the PlayStation 3. My reasons are obvious but I will elaborate on them anyway.
The "3" says it all. Obviously the PS3 is better than the Xbox 1.5 and the Gamecube 1.5 with waggle. If you can do basic math, you should have made this connection.
The Blu-Ray drive. How can you play the latest and greatest without Blu-Ray? DVD=Fail
The PS2 was awesome! So, naturally, the PS3 was bound for greatness.
MGS4. Nuff said.
SixAxis. This controller is way better than any other controller out there.
DualShock 3. Rumble and motion!
Premium Price. For $599. I got my moneys worth. I payed for quality and I'd gladly do it again.
Free PSN. Xbox Live=Fail compared to the awesomeness of PSN.
There.
The great question has been answered. PS3 wins.

It's about everyone's opinion.
If you like something more then the other, it's the best in your opinion.
With that said, I love both my Xbox and PS3, though I like the PS3 more, I find myself playing Xbox games most of the time.

I like all three of them, as they all have their specific games and niches that they fill. I'd be lying if I said I liked one console for games more than the other two.

Well... almost. I'm not a big fan of my Wii, only because I own two games for it - Resident Evil UC and Metroid Prime 3. Nothing else interested me on it, but it still has its purpose. Coming from a guy who sold game systems for a living at one point, it's all about who the system is targeting as their demographic. Wii, unfortunately, is targeted more towards younger kids and non-gamers, apparent by all their Wii Sports knockoff games and such. 360s are geared more towards people who want shooters on their consoles (considering some of their biggest games are Gears of War and Halo), and PS3 is more for non-FPS action games. At least, this is how I always saw it, and as such, they all fill a void that's needed. I'm sure someone's going to argue or debate with me about how "there's more than FPS games on 360" or "Wii has non-kid games, too" or quite possibly "PS3 has more than action games, they have these other genres too" but in the end, this will still be how I see it.

So... they're all good because they all serve a purpose?

TWO D-PADS?

Holy shit that's hardcore. Fuck the PS3, fuck the 360, fuck the Wii. We've got something with TWO MOTHER FUCKING D-PADS JESUS CHRIST.

Virtual Boy, Must have. Only for TRUE gamers.

Yeah, I think the old Steel Battalion controller has that beat. Any game that requires a button specifically for washing your windshield, when they already have so many, requires some consideration.

Looking at how that thing looks, I half-expect it to say "Salutation: Greetings, meatbags! Who do you wish me to terminate hostilities with today?"

I had a friend that used to have that. I'm sure it's long gone by now, since it was like 10 years ago at least since I've seen him lol.
I think he only had one, maybe two games, the only one I can remember is a Mario Tennis game. I'm not sure what else he had for it, but I had a lot of fun playing with it! :D

I own a Virtual Boy.

Mario Tennis wasn't bad.

Mario Clash was okay.

Teleroboxer was very difficult.

Red Alarm was chunky but it had its moments.

Nester's Funky Bowling was fun.

But Wario Land?

Wario Land was a Metroidvania-esque secret-hunting platformer that used the Virtual Boy's 3D-trickery to add layered depth to each level. It was excellent.

And hardly anybody has ever played it, nor will they.

Which is a real shame, as it was genuinely a great game.

Dude, I was joking! I'm a HUGE fan of the 360. I thought some of the stuff I said made it obvious? lol. Here, my gamertag, add it: Joefro721
even though I've seen that stuff posted on other boards and "which is better" threads

Everyone knows the best system EVER was and still is what it has always been.

That's right, the good old Commodore 64.

Who doesn't love the good old "load *.*,8,1"?
