Star Amp/Twinkle Star clarification...

Couldn't remember my old PSOW account from the Dreamcast days, so had to register a new one....nuts. :

Well, anyway, I was hoping someone could clarify the:
"Forces only with at least 670 MST.
Wand +15 + LV100.
Staff +15 + LV110
Baton +10 + LV120.
Scepter +10 + LV130."
for me, since I just found a Star Amp. Since my FOnewm is level 116, does that mean I have to use a Staff +15? Or can I use any of those? I'm trying to avoid needlessly using grinders, since I'm one C stage away from getting my first S-rank.

Also, will the Twinkle Star have the same %'s that the Staff (or Wand/Baton/Scepter) had or do they get reset to zero?

the percents will stay the same so pick a staff with good %

if you pm me the name of your old account, i can change the password to what you want so you can reuse it.

if you're level 116, you can still go with the wand +15, the lvls there is just the requirement.

the % of the initial weapon will carry over as noted on the bottom of the guide

As for the name of my old account...that's part of the problem. I'm not completely sure what it was...but I think KanchouTylor or Kanchou_Tylor. If you see either one of those I'm pretty damn sure it's me.
