The -100 ATA almost doesn't matter at all unless you're low leveled or a beast, and even then it's not as bad as you'd think. Last I knew VPs were at 55-60.

Yeah I wanted it for my FM and she's a beast. How bad is it? I mean, I don't want to be getting 0s all the time :/

You wont be hitting 0 all the time. It's really not as bad as you think, especially if your character is 130+. If I were you, I'd go with L/kk from someone willing to let it go for 30-40 mil like DreX said he sold his for.

Ah, okay ^^ I'm glad to be getting some other opinions here, I've been waffling between L/KK and V/P for a while. :( Hopefully there's someone out there with an L/KK to sell :P
