Labor Day Beach Party!

Ok, I have been trying to come up with a way to help with our current population crisis and this is what I have come up with. This is all still in the idea phase so feel free to give suggestions.

Basically we would through a Beach Party at Paracabana Coast on Labor Day in Universe 02. The idea is to get as many active PC/PS2 players into one spot as possible for us to see who all still plays. This way we can meet new people, exchange cards, and come up with new groups to do runs with. It would basically be a meet and greet sort of thing where everyone can just come and hang out and see just how big our community is when we all come together in one spot. They idea is to try and bring the community together and make it more tight nit similar to how PSO:BB's community was.

I figured Labor Day would work best for this as everyone in the US at least should have off and be available, an we can do it rather early in the day, around 1 or 2pm Eastern Time thus making it a good time for almost everyone, from the people on the West Coast to the people in Europe.

So the main idea as it stands now is as follows:

What?: Beach Party
Where?: Paracabana Coast
Universe?: 02
When?: Labor Day, September 7th, ~2pm EDT

Well, I plan to keep it going for atleast 2-3 hours, my goal would be 5 or so. So you wouldn't have to be there at exactly 2, you could show up a little late.

thats a grand idea, if we could get one for 360, id definitely be there, i might make a post about this for 360 so that there is a higher chance that people who play 360 might attend one on Labor Day

Ok guys here's an update on the party. Edward has given me permission to give out Casino Coins for prizes. The prizes will be given to winning participants for the games I intend to hold. The games I will be holding will be a Blackjack Tournament and Red vs Blue. Those around when I was running SOS Brigade should remember these. Those who don't can find the information on them here:

Also I'd like to add that I think the raffle would be more fun if we all could put something in for a raffle prize. So if you have anything laying around your rooms collecting dust that you don't want but think others may like as a raffle prize bring it to the party and we can raffle it off.
