Mats: 20 Def, 159 Mind, 25 evp and 45 Luck
Slots: 2 God/Body, 1 God/Legs

This maximizes all stats, You'll be left with 1 extra material, and 1 slot for anything you want. God/Battle, God/Technique perhaps? Hehehe....

Anyone know if the HP/TP mat limit is different from the other mats? Cuz i have 10 HP mats and i dunno whether to use them or not. And do you know if tp mats exist?

As far as I know humans can use a total of 250 Hp and Tp mats combined in GC PSO.

see the thing is some say that the limit for the hp/tp is different, separate from the limit for the pow/luck/mind/def/evp

Yeah, I read that in another post recently. Someone said they gave their FOrce, I believe it was, max DFP/EVP/POW/MIND mats, but could still pump him full of HP mats.

Humans can use 250 mats for def/pow/mind/evade/luck AND 150 mats for hp.

Numan(s) can use 150 mats for def/pow/mind/evade/luck and 150 hp mats.

Androids can use 150 mats for def/pow/evade/luck and 150 hp mats.

Since there are no tp (only available in Challenge mode)or hit mats, these two do not apply.
