1. Give your MAG to another character (shouldn't matter too much on who this is), feed it a couple of times, and it should evolve again into a different MAG, along with giving you your missing 3rd PB, but I would recommend that you give it to a Ranger so you can get Mylla & Youlla (S/D, and trust me, it's well worth it).

2. I guess it depends on your class and equipment:
If you have a HU, then you shouldn't have too much of a hard time running through Forest a few times to get the levels behind you.
If you have a Ranger, then it may be a bit harder to get past Falz 3rd form, but you should still shouldn't have a lot of trouble going through Forest.
If you have a Force, break out the Scape Dolls (assuming you haven't beaten Falz), because I can guarantee that almost ALL of his attacks will OHKO you (3rd form at least).

1. http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1016 This is the master mag gallery. Your mag can evolve at any level that ends in 5 or 0, so the next level your mag can evolve is 175. Based on your mag's stats (whether it's pow > dex > mind for example) and what character and ID feeds it while it's lvl 175, it will become the mag that's listed on this gallery for those specifications. The reason you have 2 PBs is that when your mag was being raised, it only changed to forms that have the same PB, so it never got a new one. I would recommend getting Mylla and Youlla http://www.pso-world.com/images/magguide/mylla.gif if you don't have it, and if you do, get Pilla http://www.pso-world.com/images/magguide/pilla.gif or Estilla. http://www.pso-world.com/images/magguide/estilla.gif This can be done by feeding it with the right character.

2. To put it in perspective, I've gotten to ult with a lvl 42 character, but that was after equipping him with stuff from my other characters. 72 is a good level to start Ultimate for any class, though forces have it easiest and rangers have it hardest at that level. Also, first load up on HP unit before you load up on Scape Dolls. I actually think MZ is wrong, at lvl 72, even forces can be ok, but they might need some HP units. I would say to try to beat falz without using any scape dolls to see how far you can get before you die and to get better at avoiding any unnecessary deaths. I'm sure you should be able to survive the first two forms.
