The crystals are a nice touch. I didn't like this weapon in PSO because the blade wouldn't come out unless you were melee attacking.

If I can get my hands on Degahna Cannons, I'll have 3 :D However, absurd as it sounds, I have a harder time getting DC....I failed all 5 I've made including during boosts. They drop not too hard but lolfail everytime....

Also, :o! Those crystals are a nice touch indeed!

That's what happens when the majority of the updates is lol GC (Guardian Cash, pay to play items/missions/whatever).
Plus there's also Phantasy Star Portable 2, which was released nearly 3 weeks ago there. It has more content, better gameplay and free online.
But most likely the JP servers will have an increase in population with the new event they'll have soon.

I took the best B1, B2, B3, B4 from 4 different 8 minute runs. At the end of the video is a little "Extra behind the scenes action" of how those runs were ruined from 7 to 8 minutes! Actually a Wand with the proposed stats would > Rifle, since we already have Edel and Bringer's, but Youmei is constantly playing see-saw with Tenora for 3rd place and that's just how the cookie crumbles.

This match is all about hardcore/casual.

When a casual player register into the event, he/she reduce the multiple rate of that company, but not gain much kill point. Whereas an hardcore one reduce the same amount of multiple rate, but get much more kills.

Since more hardcore players are FM and GM, and elitist FM doesn't want 35% axe, so rifle get more favor from them. (MAY BE!)

The only reason Youmei and Tenora have the points they do now is because of Boost Time (all points for the losing maker get doubled/triped during that time), causing 2nd and 3rd place to see-saw over each other.

I swear, the multiplier for Boost Time must be 10x or something if Tenora can jump so far ahead when it was initially so far behind.

No that's a silly strategy since then the gap between 3rd place and 1st would then be so large that you wouldn't be able to bridge it. Also boosts are random, relying on a random element might as well have no strategy at all.

it really doesn't look random, I can bet that there is some person do the trick behind all this and try to hand out the boost that allow 3rd to win the 1st.

If the 3rd and first are far behind really bad, then he will give more boost for it, not knowing that people has been waiting for the chance

Dark Falz was a lot more annoying than I thought. First time I gave up, as after 45 minutes of constant abuse the first phase wasn't dead- I'm assuming it's either similar to the old MB HP glitch or that I was lagging a lot.

Second time I died quite a bit, mainly through him chain-comboing Rabarta (heh, somewhat reminiscent of PSO there), and I got caught out by the huge beams of light he can summon down (I'm guessing that deserves the name Divine Punishment then). I don't know how much damage Divine Punishment does, but it instantly killed me, and I was playing a Lv161 Female Cast GM20. Maybe it counts as a Light attack, because I was wearing Dark armour.

Overall it's not a bad boss fight (even if first phase is getting very boring now)- the 2nd phase isn't much different to Fakis but his attack patterns seemed extremely random, which made it harder. He changed elements twice against me- started as Dark, switched to Ice, then switched to Ground. I don't know if there's any kind of pattern he follows, but he seemed to do Divine Punishment within seconds of switching to Ground.

Um I'm not really sure. I just have the cards of the importers that I know still play, though I'd hardly guess that I have all of them. A few of them play regularly, including myself now. I would suggest just swapping with as many importers' cards as you can.

Bobby once again bribed me to TA again when I got back on and 'lo and behold we went along and did it. You gotta admit it's nice to see a PS2/PC score up there among the massive pile of XBLOCKS.

PC/PS2 people will always have high potential to win people from xbox server in TA. Just that I don't think everybody have a mood to try that when server is falling lol.

Not to mention old TAer people coming back to play for the last too. cherry, Seance etc.

I'll be back for the last 2 days to TA MAG+ (unless they extend it). Hopefully Bobby and I can steal 1st place from the former and current greats :), or from Billy Mays Was Here :o

However I do not think we can beat the JP time. I am assuming Gaozorans are still melee resistant, although I do have a somewhat outrageous plan planned, I don't think it'll be enough to overcome that disadvantage. Sadly, even with non-resistant gao's, I don't think we can even match them due to many other factors...

And Bobby I'm disappointed :(. How are you letting the Xblockers come within 30 seconds of your time?!??

Yes they added Delnadians, and they are pretty much exactly as common as Gao's. (Weren't they in the last mag, too? Lol.)

I like these shots, I really do. Spending all day in story mode was more than worth it for these last shots. I haven't done anything this self gratifying in an online game in such a long time. I'm hoping I get more of these as my free months go on.

Rappies are better than the Delnadians anyways. You can get a far faster map doing so, sadly our team has not yet gotten to do any rappes maps but we are able to get to the last block at around 9:45 pretty consistently. Sadly the 360 server (And maybe the PC/PS2 server) has had tremendous lag and chat issues all week long and expecially bad when we tried to do our runs.


Dam pc players IF only we werent hampered with so much slowdown mag is one of those event missions that suffers from alot of slowdown spikes making just attack a pain and sometimes the difference between getting jabroga off or getting knocked down/blocked.

But yea enjoy the time reduction you see with rappies. We found it's about 1min faster than Gaozoran or Delnadians but sadly it's very rare (Atleast for us lol)

Del sabers map has been way faster for us than rappy map Lol our 10:41 time we didnt even think it was good be anything cause of b1 and b2 were a mess but we checked out of b3 at 4:25 and seemed to gain back some time in later blocks lol

Im thinking us 360 players need to be aiming for early 9mins late 8mins pc i guess you guys should be aiming for 7s

We were having pretty bad lag earlier morning this was about 12am-3am (UK time) fine now or so it seems.
But general slowdown like cylcling though my palette or healing items from just using a Pa and it taking so much longer to finish all this is thx to slowdown The thing is b1 b2 b3 are not too bad but once we are in the mines thats where you pc players really take the lead of us cause the mines seems to have ALOT of slowdown same with last part of ruins with all the deljabans spawning
Last mag my team that i was on came 3rd 360 wise atleast and we kept up with elaina's team up until the mines then we couldnt keep up.
