The angle of them look a bit different. Tough to tell as it is a still screenshot. The quality of the screenshots definitely make yet another case for CFW. (Or for Sony to add a built-in snapshot function to their bios) They're definitely blurry.

Hmm, between the Brightness Circle and the Whitill Wings, I think I'd rather get the wings, based on these screen shots. XD Anyway, considering that what gets transferred over is fairly minimal, I think it's safe to say that you can easily have a blank slot on PSP 1, and keep recreating/importing characters until you get the unit you want?

I wonder if there's a limit to that...

Just an aside, but I haven't been to the forums for a while. What are the other two announced units that come with importing characters?

I like what I see of the new costumes though. Especially the third of the first set of pics - if that's a costume for the fleshies (ears look llike a beast/newman character?) I think I know what costume to aim for once the game is out. XD

The design certainly matches a Valkyrian Lance, however its shape doesn't match Selvaria's or Alicia's... unless its something from Valkyria Chronicles 2 which is a distinct probability!
Though something about it reminds me of a PSZero Lance...

(source (http://bumped.org/psublog/pspo2-notes-from-tokyo-game-show-collaboration-battle-save-transfer-snowball/)) If you flip through the screenshots at Gamespot, the Cosmic Particle is the one where you have blue particles coming off your character and Flower Art is the one where flowers show up.

VC2 does come out pretty soon...

Edit: Looking at some of these pictures, I can totally see some machinations being done with this. I'm might just give it a try, based on what weapons and effects are in the game. I have a story I thought up fooling around with parts and colors for my cast in PSP1 too so maybe I could get something neat done in PSP2... I might just be lazy and forget it though.

Somehow, Flower Art makes me think of a confusion effect. XD Cosmic Particle seems ok though.

If it's from Valkyria 2, it'll have to be a currently unannounced character then. The only Valkyrian character on the website seems to be using a whip type weapon. XD

I think it's Selvaria's Lance, but only with a larger handle because PSU animation makes them hold spears this way, Selvaria an SPOILER hold said lances with one hand like a sword lol and the shield in the other hand... I would love a similar combo (maybe the whip is in the game too ^^ or a saber version of a Valkirian lance...)

Can someone hotlink the cosmic particle? I can't find it in the screenshots... I'm bored of the wings and the circle (wearing it all time in pso...) and I'm interested in it.

I don't think it will come from any other game except PS1,2,3,4, PSO, PS0, PSU.

They already have JUMP(manga support, and kids promote), they have Fanta (drink commercial support), they have Sony help (system? 2 cats promote...) I think the next one they want = Sunrise.. (look at their cast design is more and more similar to Sunrise mecha everydays)
