Actually, the answer is no :
The dreamcast cannot connect to AOL servers due to the diffrent structor AOL uses for authentication. It is one of the few ISPs that isn't very flexable :

If you want to connect to PSO, I would strongly suggest moving to another ISP (earthlink is a very reliable ISP... or at least I think so http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_razz.gif)

You could always head over to www.dreamcastfun.com and use one of the free ISP's. I signed up with Bluelight while waiting for my BBA to ship, and have yet to have any problems with it. Best of all, doesn't cost a cent.
