I could be wrong, but if it's the same as any other region, just hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard. The images should be saved in .bmp form in the folder SEGA/PHANTASY STAR UNIVERSE Illuminus/SCREENSHOTS. Since I don't play on the JP servers though, I wouldn't know any of the file path names if they're in a non-Roman alphabet format. =x
