Damn Rare enemies...

I gotta know... if only certain ID can find rare enemies, since it doesn't seem to say in the Guides here... like can a Pinkal find a Hildetorr, or a Pal Rappy? Let me know...

Any section ID can find any rare monster in any difficulty mode. However just make sure you're not looking for the wrong rare monster in a particular difficulty mode. For example, Pal Rappies and Hildetors are the Ultimate Mode versions of Al Rappies and Hildeblues.

Also, the rarity of any particular rare monster does not change across section ID's.

No Section ID is better than other when it comes to finding rare monsters. It all depend on how lucky you are. To better the odd of meeting one use the telepipe trick at the spot where normal one is at.
