I googled your problem and there are TONS of results....I'm lost here. There are some very knowledgable people here that can help.

The only thing i saw that wasn't getting too deep was updating gameguard and making sure all firewalls were turned off

Try replacing the gameguard you're using in the PSU folder with this one here, should fix the problem.

Had the same problem this will fix it.

Here is what I did, step by step and no luck.

Opened the SEGA file, deleted the GameGuard folder.

Made a new folder which I titled GameGuard.

Extracted the files per Drex's insturcitons.

Exported the file into the GameGuard folder.

Tried to launch.

Same error.

Any other ideas guys?

It seems I read somewhere after you delete the files in the GG folder you start PSU and it will create another GG folder on it's on..someone help me here, not sure if that's correct

BTW spAwn I got level 165 already....get on the game man!!!

Your not supposed to delete the folder you only supposed to replace a file with the one in the link.
