I wanted to transfer my old PSP1 save and make it japanese so I can get my usual outfit from my main onto here, but I don't really know how to do such a thing. I don't have PSP1 in japanese, so I was wondering if I could get some help.

I've heard of JP > US conversion, but haven't heard of the other way around, and the first one requires CFW as far as I know.

I've seen people post pics on here from the Japan downloadable quests when they got their Edel weapons and whatnot, and converted them to english to show them off. So I'm sure it's possible. But if it's too much hassle then oh well. Just didn't want to have to make a loli Newman.

I don't know how to make that work too.
so I just import my online char Arika-chan and get 50% ice saber to start with.

Upload your save, and I will convert it for you.
It works either way DreX. Just follow the opposite directions.

Like I said, upload it and I will do it for you.
Also, here's the tutorial. (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=159721)
But if you don't want to try and figure that out, give it to me.

Only for JP PSU players, huh? :(
Maybe the US one will have the PSU to PS:P2?...doubt it:/

Thanks so much for helping me out! I'd love to do it myself, but I don't have a cfw PSP, I have a fully upgraded slim. =\ Here's the link: http://www.easy-share.com/1908366259/ULUS10410.rar

No problem.
Give me about 10 minutes. :D
(Currently I have 1 memstick, so I have to put 1 PS:P (JP and EN) on at once).
EDIT: Apparently I deleted the JP PS:P1, so I'm redownloading it now, so it might be a little bit longer. :/

Well, I'm in no rush, and if it's an inconvinence then please don't worry about it. I don't wanna cause trouble for someone.

Haha no problem at all!
Sorry it took so long, I had to DL the JP one, and then figure out how it worked...
(I got the JP and EN sides mixed up and was doing the steps backwards :o when I didn't have to...) lol.

I wonder if we will still be able to convert JP->US save again in PSP2 or not.

If everything is the same, it should all work.
(Actually, I'm surprised it works with PS:P1 Us/Jp because the DLC difference).
In Dissidia, you couldn't switch it because apparently the JP one didn't have a whole play option(arcade was it?).
Of course, you can only do this if we can end up being able to use CFW with these games.
