Tech level boost? [Archive]

Hey I've been trying to find information on this unit I just got but for all I know it does MST lvl up? I'm not really getting a good description of it so I'm thinking it raises the level of your techs or something? Anyone care to explain? Thanks in advance :D

Nevermind. I found it out. It actially raises all of your Techs by 1 level unless you've caped your techs already. That might be a good description for this item.

It increases your character's technique levels by +1.

Gigobooma Origin drop it on all difficulties. Also, you can get it by clearing 15 quests in Super Hard mode and checking it at the Title Achievement screen.
