Tech Guides?

I've looked through the PS0 stuff on the site, and I can't find anything on the techs... I'm looking for like a tech damage guide, and maybe some algorithms on how to determine a tech's damage based on mst, tech level, etc. I know I'm not the only one looking for it, I would love to have a guide that could help me get an idea about the techs.

Unrelated, well kinda: What level do techs outpower melee for forces?

I'd like to put together a Technique Resistance Guide, but there apparently hasn't been much research conducted on the topic.

That's another thing I'd like to see done. I'd offer to do research, but I'm definatly not in a position to :P

My tech levels are all over the place right now, so my personal tests haven't got too far. I'd definitely appreciate any help though.

I'm at the same point with that, still not happy about being lvl 26 and carrying around lvl 2 foie...
