At what level do they change their items? I want the Dopple Scythe, and my HUnewearl is lv 23, but it's not shown for me at all.

I think it's the "Fallen Flowers" quest.
It was the last quest I completed before going out today and I still have the item -- I typically empty my inventory before play.

I'll re-do the quest and double check.

Yep...
Doppel Scythe and 2,000 Meseta for completing "Fallen Flowers".
But if you're that far, you should be able to buy it in the sewers.

funnily i may have been at the required level at the time BUT when i first took reeve with me on a free run, the doppel scythe appeared in the shop.......

maybe just maybe :)

I overleveld a bit, the Doppel Scythe appeared before I even went to the Moon.
