So, what exactly does this do?

To my knowledge, it boosts a weapon's damage against a particular creature attribute of your choosing by 5 to 15 percent. Not a whole helluva lot, but a good way to put a cherry on top of a weapon you've already ground to the limit.

Yeah. Boosts the percent of a max grind weapon (Once, you can not use this multiple times on a weapon)

15% is the highest I've seen... of course that onto, say, a 50% base in the stat... would be crazy.
