I really hope it isn't as bad as the N64 Castlevania games...

However, the two on GBA were among the best, so let's hope that Mr. Igarashi makes sure that this new one is good as well.

I read it first in my EGM then saw it the next day online. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif I sure hope it remains to be like SotN, in 2D gameplay with an excellent musical score. Use 3D graphics, although I prefer 2D, like Contra but I sure hope it plays like the past few. Granted the series needs to add a little something more. By now I'm practically expecting two versions of the same castle. Either way I'm excited...for now. Time will tell. Have fun.

I heard COTM was originally being developped for PS2. So I guess there's a good chance this one will be 2D... hopefully.

My favorite Castlevania's:
1. Circle of the Moon
2. Harmonoy of Dissonance
3. Rondo of Blood
4. Symphony of the Night

So, maybe you can tell...? ..I hope it has 2D metroid type levels, has a DSS like system, whips/chains instead of knives/swords, small load times, and a killer soundtrack.
