how do u cancel a pso account?

how do u cancel a pso account? theres no option to cancel on the website and one person told me to not log on and it auto cancels but i havnt logged on since december and im still getting charged.

It says Cancel account somewhere in there.

Click on your PSO serial number that appears on the EDIT ACCOUNT PAGE I believe....or the first page that shows up when you log in. Then within that there is an option to cancle the account. You can allways reinstate the account just by clicking reactivate.
