I think the Christmas event is going on right now, so where can I find Saint Rappies?

If they are active, Episode 2 Temple, they replace Love Rappies (the rare Rag Rappy).

If you are lucky and they are active, yes. If you find a Love Rappy, they are not active.

The Christmas event doesn't start until the 10th. I would wait until then to start hunting Saint Rappies (unless you already found one. If so, continue with what you were doing.)
