My Photon Energy is doing something wierd

I'm a HUcaseal with a PB Amphlier on, and my Photon Energy is going up, now I'm standing still, no movement, but i thought you needed to move for the amphlier to work.

Nope...reverse your statement and it'll be true...it's like the Newman and Android regeneration...you have to be still... o.o Maybe it works both ways...but I'm pretty sure it doesn't

The PB/* units work over time, not distance or stillness. They just work. ^_^

All of the regeneration units TP/Revival, HP/Revival, PB/Create and their weaker variations work over time, regardless of your characters movement.

If you equip it, it should work.

Also, this should probably be moved to Mag, Item, etc.
