Gaining all NPC Cards - Tonnio Rhima?

Finally setting aside the time to get all the NPC Partner Cards.

Just got Karens - but realized I need Tonnio's.

What little I see on PSUpedia, seems that one acquires it in "Price of Genocide".

That's the one where one has to 'chase' an infected Beast child all over Moatoob, yes?

Do I have to S rank Part 1, Part 2, or BOTH PARTS to get Tonnio's Card?

Any help would be most welcomed - I did that one only ONCE due to that chase-down issue, and apparently not well enough to get Tonnio's card.

I don't think you have to S-rank either part to get Tonnio's card. I know I certainly didn't S-rank that damned chase mission the first time, but I did get Tonnio's card. Is it possible you haven't actually finished both part one and two of that chapter?

You don't need to S rank any of the episode 2 missions to get a partner card. You do need to S rank some of the Episode 3 missions, but that's only because you need to S rank to get certain side stories.
