Look for the Panzer Tail. Panther's Spirit is just the Mag Cell, which only appears as the box. The resulting Mag is the Panzer's Tail:

My Rappy(for Fo) already cost me close to a mil, and it's only 150 or so.

EDIT: Okay, I found this mag guide here for the Naga mag.
Looks like this will take a bit.
