How do I start the private missions?

So, I accepted my first "Private contract" (or whatever they're called x.x) mission from a lady in one of the shops, but I have no idea where or how to start the mission. Any help would be appreciated x.x

Well look at the order details

Topmost line: Mission you gotta run
Next: Conditions, for the ugly beast it's kill X monster, for the caseal it's complete mission in allotted time with only the specified weapon category, for the other guy it's complete mission with the partner characters specified
Bottom line if applicable: minimum mission difficulty for it to count

Are any wikis or websites updated with a quick translation of them? Since I don't read any japanese, even things like this are tough.

I see, so they aren't actual missions per say, but rather just challenges that can be done while running other missions, am I getting this right?

That's right, the rewards are pretty horrible too.

Unless there is other way to get them, I'm ok about the rewards, I got the scale decoration which I was interested on getting actually =D
