Rappy mag/beak question

Okay, so the page I read about the rappy beak/mag says that the only requirement is a lv 50+ mag. Is this true? No special stats or anything?
I have a beak and would like to make the mag, but I want to make sure it'll work with any mag that's over level 50.

Also, can I use it on a level 200 mag?

As long as the mag or any mag is lvl 50+ then applying the rappys beak will change to a rappy mag.

The MAG is stuck when you cell it (unless you get a desync which is common for some people)

I'd recommend that you use the Rappy's Beak ASAP because it makes feeding insanely faster.

Oh, well I suppose I'll just make a new mag then. Since all of mine are already in the 175-200 range.
