It's because it's a non-AotI room theme.
When you put an AotI theme room back, after Christmas if you're going to, it will come back.

The Christmas theme came out with original PSU, and the Jukebox feature came with AotI.

I did say ONLY the AOTI tag. So if it has the AOTI tag AND the PSU tag, that's considered to be an old PSU room.
