CFW and Internet Multi-mode question

My copy arrived today^^

However, it looks like I need to revert back to OFW to be able to register my product code.

My question is, once I do register my code, can I still play online if I revert back to CFW?

I know that I can't access DLC while in CFW (of course I'll download them while I'm in OFW), but playing online is more important for me.

if you WANT to play online...you can ONLY use OFW.

If you want to use CFW...your alternative is Ad Hoc party

I'm not sure about that one, but it seems sega can detect if your save file was saved on a CFW when you go online with OFW, and ban you.

I switched to OFW and was able to go online.
Too bad the only players I met were Japanese people in their lvl 60s.

Also, what's up with no Bacolone Female cast parts in the shop!?
I want my Bacolone Torso CV!
