How to get Kuro Mission?

I have the download.dat 297kb file from the main website, but I don't seem to have the Kuro mission. :-( Am I missing something? I checked on the store too but didn't find it there. Please don't tell me I missed the opportunity to get it. D:

i didnt have to download anything i think it came with the update, it should be in the 3rd or 2nd mission section list in the parum list. If not then idk ;s

Go online mode with the PSP and it will automatically download itself.

Odd, I have been online today, yesterday, etc. Do I need to be a specific level to access this mission? Or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place for it.

its on "Extra Missions" on Parum...

Did you check that?
