Offline PSO(+) Hunting ;p little help needed

Any Idea what quests has the most of these?

I havent played it in a long while, so i dont remember seeing it. :(

Yep. Episode 2, along with Seat of the Heart and West Tower. But, you have to clear Seat of the Heart first in order to get East Tower.

oh, do you know if the ragol ring is obtainable on Offline PSOGC+ i tried like hundreds of times on all difficulties but no luck ;(

hmmmm. I could've sworn I remembered getting the Ragol Ring offline. but it was such a long time ago. It could've been something else.
PSO plus is supposed to have some online components slipped into it. hence the tower quests and the Central Dome fire swirl quest being on there.
I would check the item data base and see what it has to say.

I hope you're aware that the Ragol ring acts like a scape doll. and if you die while you have it equiped it will revive you then it will basically shatter and be gone forever.
