Not really, since PSO do not have Reset material like PSZ. But if you haven't messed up so badly, you can use Mag to make up the difference.

PSO Ver.1/ PSO ver.2 - Infinite material usage (limit is the char max stats)
PSO GC/XBOX - you can't reset material usage
PSO BB - a certain server alows a material reset, but you need to pay cash for that to be done.

No i can't tell you the server name or any method that doesn't obey legit gameplay.
