i cant start act 4.....

What i've done
-Free Mission X 5
-Finished talking with all "..." characters (in fact, i've talked with everyone)
-Entered all shops

Is there anything i missed?

also, there's no act 4...it only goes Act1 and Act2.

you cannot Crouch ingame...Crouch is a name of the Character

Did you do a free mission marked as new? You have to do a new free mission to get the story rolling most of the time.

Seems you have to do a free mission with either Yuto, Emillia or both to start
