right i seen him once b4 and i died coz i ran outa healing items and i had to save coz i finally got my S rifle in the quest b4 i saw the dragon -_-. So does this guy only spawn once ? been doing so many fm but he doesnt appear anymore zzzzz

If so, don't worry, he'll appear again and again, just do FMs without Bosses and you'll definitely encounter him again ;) !
