Elemental percentages

What is the highest percentage you get from a password weapon? I think someone said that there is an achievement for having an armor and weapon equipped with the highest percent. I've been resetting for a 60%, which I think is the highest percent but all I've gotten was 49% and below

I believe it's 50%, but I could be wrong.

60% is the highest here, but no1 know how does % calculate.

-It is not adding 60% of weapon atp
-it is not adding 60% of "weapon atp + character atp"
both has been tested and prove wrong.

maxes for:
- drops: 60%
- password weapons: 50%
- shop: 30%
- trade missions: 30% (except for Elysions and maybe other post-Hard stuff apparently?)

I haven't tried damage calculation stuff, but as in PSPo1 the meseta values are just increase by twice the elemental percentage again.
