how do i get elysion エリュシオン?

I checked psp2 wiki and it says its from exchange mission 機械惑星の秘密結社.
But i can't seem to find it.

You have to beat Hard mode first.

When you say beat hard mode does that mean to beat all the missions or just chapter 10?

All missions. But if you can beat chapter 10, you're good enough to do the others as well (not to mention you'd probably have finished them by that time already). Me and a few others are still stuck on it though, too hard!
