Can a Milias Breaker have an elemnt on it?

Well, I was just wondering if it's possible.
I know you can't sync any element on it, but can you actually find one with an element from the beginning?
Why I'm asking it is because there is someone who is trading one from GameFAQS,

Even though I never got one myself, I think its true.
Because I found an H44 Missouri and it had an Element Dark Level 4.

Therefore, it is certainly possible.

2 of my Milias Swords have an element, so I guess the same applies for the Breaker.

Never mind I was totally wrong, if it has an element it can't be changed, but it can spawn with an element.

Milas Breaker sells for 10 meseta, that means it is a true rare and can't have an element

Eeh... no.

Most 10 mesata items have a SET element.
The other 10 mesata items can have a random, or no element, but you can't change it.

There are no weapons that can't have an element at all.
