I stop playing PSP2 for a few weeks(shame on me :p ) and now when i finish quests sometimes i get a new trumpet sound at the ranking screen.What does this mean please?

It means you have Toro or Kuro in your party. ;)
Its what they do instead of talking, they give you the dokodemo issho fanfare!
